Then you dump in all other ingredients that make banana bread.
Then you snitch sugar out of the bowl before you mix it all up.
Then you put it in the oven and wait for an hour.While you wait you play in your room with your dad. (I love this video because Lily and Jacob always try to scare me and I love how it takes Lily so long to find her way out from under the blanket.)

hear your mom yell and rage because of her stupid bad word bad word piece of bad word oven that never works and has shut itself off halfway through the baking process. So you put it back in the oven and wait again for another half hour. While you wait you take a bath since it is almost bedtime at this point.
You linger in the tub for a while even though all the water is gone until you hear the timer again.
And when all is said and done you finally end up eating delicious banana bread in your Dora the Explorer underwear.

What a cute post. Felt like we were right there with you, mouth watering, just waiting for that banana bread to get done. Call your landlord.....the oven is just the beginning.
