Prego update and more

Here I am at 6 months. I must say the time is passing faster than I thought. I am not looking forward to the end of it except the part where I get to hold a beautiful baby boy in my arms and call him all my own. I'm pretty much gaining about 10 pounds per month now and am going to pass up Jacobs weight much sooner than I thought.  I just have to keep telling myself it will all be worth it. It sure was the first time.

It's snowing. (boo hoo) Lily keeps looking out the window and saying "bubbles" She loves it. I guess I am going to have to move those knives off the counter. She has not discovered that she can reach them yet but it's only a matter of time.

I had some left over chicken baby food that I was going to throw out until I discovered you could make dog treats with it. Lily loves our neighbors dog and I thought she might enjoy making him some treats and feeding them to him. They smelled aweful but the dog (and Lily) loved them.

You guys really are so cute! All of you. I love your new changes to your blog! I especially love the thing growing on your heart! Sadly- connor is a U fan now. I know, I am so bad to let him turn to the dark side.

I loved the video! I bet Lily liked those doggy treats! It is so adorable how much she loves dogs!

That's the best way to have a dog...the one next door. Your belly is tiny, what's in there, a peanut?

I bet those treats smelled nasty, I can imagine. It looked like the dog liked them though. You don't look like you put on 10 pounds a month.

That's funny that you made dog treats! What an awesome mother you are. By the way, I love that picture of Lily on your side bar! And you are looking so cute prego. Love it!

Okay, if you're gaining 10 pounds a month, you must have only weight 2 to start with. :)

"Bubbles" is funny.

SO I am listening to your Ave Maria song that Jacob put on our computer....Kat....you are AMAZING!! We have been listening to it over and over! :) If you don't come to ward choir, I think we might have to force you!. You have a beautiful voice.

Don't you feed your child? Poor thing, having to resort to dog food. At least it is homemade dog food, from former baby food, so it can't be all that bad. First, I'm amazed that you actually made the goodies for the dog, and second, that Lily is so totally fearless of a beast that could flatten her on a whim. She's pretty brave. Becky is right. The best way to have a dog is the one next door. Wonder if any of our neighbors would like a couple of cats???

I just specifically came on to your blog to check and see if there was a post about the cougars?! When will that be up, huh? I'm waiting to here all of what Jacob has to say! hahah!

oops, I meant HEAR!!! :)

I'm confident Jacob didn't watch the game today. He's a much too dedicated dental student, studying for the Boards, to let a little thing like a BYU/UTAH football game distract him.

So I just saw that BYU didn't win. Sorry. I had my hopes up for them. I was sad to not see a post dedicated to the game though!

The video is way cute. I'm surprised how comfortable she is around Max, he's a big and hyper dog. Man I was terrified of dogs while I was growing up and I'm still not a big fan of them. I like how she keeps eating the dog food, haha. And your belly is SO SMALL!!! You are so dang lucky, every woman is so jealous of you right now I promise you! It's funny when you're pregnant you think you are huge and then you'll love back and be like...maybe I thought I was bigger than I actually was. (I did not think that after month six though, because I really was huge, but you are so small!)
