Birds Blessings and Birthdays

First of all, for Mom Crosby, here are the grown birds that we have been watching grow up. Aren't they just precious?? We named them Frankie and Tweedledum.
Here they are again, preparing to leap out of the nest into a brave new world. So long, friends!
This was taken by Kat after the blessing. You can't see it, but on the other side of his outfit is a large poop stain. This is the same outfit that I wore when I was blessed 26 1/2 years ago. I did not make the stain.
This is Kat 2.o! Doesn't she look BEAUTIFUL!?!?
The Birthday Girl!
Here she is sitting on top of her new Kitchen Set that we finally set up today, two days after her birthday. We are 90% sure she's going to break parts of it within the week.
We invited friends and Lily got a bubble bath set, some books, and a new baby doll which I get to frequently change outfits for... riveting.
Love cake!
Every birthday girl should get to lick the spatula.
This is one of Lily's best friends, Stetson. She finally says his name right; he used to be Dentist. They gave each other BIG birthday hugs. Sometimes they give each other kisses. Stetson is one of many young boys that Lily is stringing along... the golddigger.

I'm glad Lily had a good birthday! That is really neat that you blessed Jake in Jacob's blessing outfit! Your kids sure are cute! Lily has such a cute little voice. Love you all!

Kat, you look fabulous! I love your blonde hair.
Lily looks thrilled to be a 2 year old! We got Adi a kitchen on her 2nd b-day too. How funny. Great minds think alike.
Jake is getting big. He looks handsome in his blessing outfit.
Ok, you guys all just look so great!

Thanks for sharing the birds blessings and birthdays. Or was that was that birds, blessings, and birthdays. I'm confident you didn't bless the birds, though we've all kinda celebrated their "birth." Thank goodness kids don't grow up quite so fast, eh? Maybe sometimes we wish they would, especially during those middle of the night feedings. Cute post. Kat, how short is your hair? Looks like you hacked it ALL off. I don't remember you ever having such short hair. Looks good on you.
